Dans le désert de Tsin

Le peuple d'Israel est sorti d'Egypte. Il se trouve dans le désert. L'enthousiame du début est tombé et la réalité est la. Il n'y a pas d'eau.

Le chapitre 20 de Nombres nous raconte que le peuple s'est révolté à cet endroit à cause du manque d'eau. Il reproche à Moise de l'avoir conduit ici dans ce désert car il n'y a pas d'eau.

Au lieu de chercher des arguments pour répondre Moise cherche la face de l'Eternel. Il écoute la voix de Dieu.

Dieu lui demande de frapper un rocher. C'est un acte fou. Mais il en sort de l'eau.

Le peuple peu alors boire. Mais Dieu fait un reproche : "Puisque vous n'avez pas eu assez confiance en moi pour respecter ma sainteté devant les Israélites, vous ne ferez pas entrer cette assemblée dans le pays que je lui donne."

Parfois dans notre vie, nous traversons aussi un désert. Rien ne marche, nous ne sommes pas productif, rien ne réussi. Nous prions mais Dieu ne réponds pas. Nous sommes seuls.Nous ne voyons pas le bout de l'épreuve.  Une maladie, le chômage, la solitude ou une séparation.  Comme le peuple d'Israel, Dieu éprouve et test notre foi dans le désert. Cela explique parfois la rebellion de certain. 

Au lieu de chercher par soit même une solution, prenons l'exemple sur Moise qui a chercher la voix de Dieu. Il a été à l'entrée de la tente de la rencontre. A ce moment la cherchons la présence de Dieu, mettons nous à part. Ecoutons !

Témoignages église ouverte Sierre La foi au cœur de tout

Ce ne sont pas les réunions de masse ni le rock’n’roll extatique des mégaéglises à l’américaine: à Sierre, une petite communauté très active se réunit dans le cadre de l’Eglise ouverte, issue d’un mouvement établi en Suisse au 19e siècle. Dans un canton profondément catholique, le pasteur d’origine mauricienne Kenny Chengalaran veille sur des fidèles qui pratiquent volontiers la lecture biblique de groupe à domicile et valorisent l’idée de famille à travers une relation très personnelle à Jésus.

Le débat sur la laïcité fait rage et l’islam reste la religion que les médias questionnent sans cesse. Mais les courants évangéliques sont en réalité ceux qui progressent le plus dans le monde, y compris dans les pays développés. Souvent héritières des protestantismes à l’américaine, ces églises fractionnées se démultiplient et se regroupent parfois autour d’un agenda politique et moral conservateur. Le nombre de leurs fidèles a décuplé depuis le milieu des années 1950. Et en Suisse, ils atteignent 4% de la population. Qui sont ces chrétiens qui repeuplent les églises et comptent peser dans la vie des sociétés où ils vivent? La quête d’une île Les pays du Sud sont les terres de prédilection de la conquête évangélique: l’Afrique, l’Amérique latine, bien sûr, mais aussi la Chine qui compte plus de 100 millions d’évangéliques. Religion des pauvres, ces églises font montre d’une étonnante efficacité sur les terrains les plus difficiles. En Haïti, les évangéliques ont conquis plus de 50% des âmes en quelques décennies. Reportage à Port-au-Prince dans une des plus grandes communautés du pays, Shalom, qui possède une radio, une télévision et un temple que plusieurs dizaines de milliers de fidèles fréquentent chaque semaine.

Quand la RTS parle de la Porte Ouverte de Mulhouse

La Porte Ouverte Chrétienne est une église évangélique à Mulhouse. Le 9 mai 2015 elle inaugure de nouveaux batiments plus grands pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 2200 personnes. C'est le Ministre Bernard Cazeneuve qui sera chargé de faire l'inauguration.
